That was the same thing with the goon elder who was waiting all morning outside our gate to df us. His grandmother had died early that morning and around 12 noon is when the got the hubby. Absolutely no feelings whatsoever! It's like when you become a jw you are now entering the twilight zone.

Can you take someone with you in Judicial Committee?
by zound ini've heard of a couple of cases of a person being present (maybe wife, or friend) for support at judicial committees - is this commonly accepted by the elder committee or is it just a rarity?.

Plus, they did say IF I have a recorder on me and I said yeah yeah, then they said there shouldn't be one while the meeting is going on and again I said yeah yeah. Remember to do that so you have let them think your in agreement with them on that yet your saying yeah yeah to the fact you do have one on you. I told the co afterwards and he said he would like it. That if there were any wrong doing on it that he would right my wrong. Just before that he said he couldn't help me for the whole body of elders were on board with the decision of my judgement call. Don't trust noone. Always protect yourself with a recording device. Haven't heard back from the co.

At my jc, the elders asked that my df'd hubby not be there for the holy spirit could be hindered and there wouldn't be a proper flow of it throughout my jc. I said absolutely no way and that he stays by my side. So glad the holy spirit was on our side for three out of the five accusers were thrown out.( One of them being an elder fillin circuit overseer on this body) Had it not been for hubby to raise his hand to say that the accusations that I was accused of actually were with them and hubby. Not I:)

It's not according to the bible where it were the older men that decided your fate along with the community. Now we have all young bastards who don't even read up on the new light and df you for argueing about things like that. Then, they go home and read up on it and you find out they were wrong but don't reverse their decision to df you. Punks that are still living off their parents who are heading towards forty and still living at home with mommy and grandmommy. None of them work and still complain they have too many parts. So so bizarre. The co says his hands are tied and can't intervene unless one elder steps out of line and defends the poor publisher then he will hear the case. My question is then why have an extra burden of a co if all they do is go from congregation giving talks? It's all phony when he comes to town anyways. And there's nothing new in their talks anyway.

It's pretty sad when you have to ask the co to df you in order that you can appeal it because the elders are so corrupt and cover up a family's illigal activity and then you find out your accusers are that whole family's relatives who can't remember jack! That the co wouldn't allow me to get df'd knowing that the next committee would see this was just BS! And all this gave them the right to rip my family away from which they did just by public reproofing me as well as df'ing my spouse. So now, what's your story and why are you here?
